• Feed Settings now operate on single and multiple feeds
• in Subscriptions
  • create a new volume from the menu will create a new volume under the current volume
  • on multi-select menu
    • added "Full settings" to set for selected feeds
    • cleared some less useful settings, use the "Full settings"
    • added "Add to queue (max 200)" episodes in selected feeds
  • long-press on a volume pops up the same feed multi-select menu to operate on feeds contained plus others for the volume
  • a volume's name and parent can be changed
• in speed setting dialog from PlayUI, added "edit" button to toggle the slider
