Cataclysm Classic 4.4.2 (preview)

A Cataclysm Classic 4.4.2.60895 client now plays through HermesProxy on a TrinityCore 4.3.4 server (The Cataclysm Preservation Project): all ten classes, combat, quests, loot, vendors, trainers, professions, the bank, mail, the auction house, groups and raids, guilds and the guild bank, the dungeon finder, battlegrounds, rated arenas, Tol Barad and Wintergrasp. What is done and what is still open: docs/cata-progress.md.

Setting it up (details in the README):

• Server: Xian55/TrinityCore-docker, branch 4.3.4, with TC_LEGACY_CONNECTION_MODE_ENABLED=1 in tc.env (on your own build: LegacyConnectionModeEnabled = 1 in worldserver.conf).
• Client: 4.4.2.60895 through the Arctium Game Launcher with --version=Classic.
• Password: the 4.4.2 client logs in with SRP and never sends its password, so set HERMES_LegacyServerOptions__Password before starting the proxy, or type it when the proxy asks at startup.

Known open: #405, #407, #408, #414, #415, #416, #419, #425, #444. None of them blocks logging in or playing.

Requested in #202 by @kasperfriend, who also shared the first native 4.4.2 captures.
