Add the 4.4.2 CSV set and a catalogue of the CSV families
The CSVs a loader reads for the client's expansion had no *4 files, so a
Cataclysm Classic client would start with empty item, taxi, quest and
spell-visual data.
- scripts/build-csv-from-db2.py builds the *4 set from the 4.4.2.60895
DB2 exports on wago.tools: the existing *3 recipes, plus recipes for the
Hotfix/ files the loaders read as client data (GlyphProperties,
Heirloom, Toy, SpellXSpellVisual, ItemEffect, BattlePetSpecies, Mount,
SpellVisualMissile). Every *3 recipe still reproduces its committed file. - Hand-made families are carried from *3 by
carry, for the 4.4.2 client
in front of a 3.3.5a server. A row whose client-side id 4.4.2 no longer
has is dropped and reported: seven Gems items and UiMap 1416 (Alterac
Mountains, merged into Hillsbrad). - Families read for the server's expansion stay *3 while the server is
3.3.5a. - HermesProxy/CSV/README.md lists every family: client, server or fixed,
DB2 export, derivation or hand-made, and how to regenerate it. It is
excluded from the build output. - GameDataCsvLoadTests (opt-in, HERMES_TEST_CSV_LOAD=1) loads a set through
the proxy's own loaders for the pinned build. It caught
Hotfix/ItemEffect4: 4.4.2 has TriggerType -1 and that loader reads a byte,
so the file is re-encoded for it. Passes for 4.4.2 and 3.4.3.
