Changes:
- Fixed an issue where "Audio To Haptics" would produce weird sound/haptics on some audio devices
- Made config header accessible with no controllers connected
- Added GUI customization options
- Increased GUI framerate to 60fps
- Changed window bar color to black
- Fixed an issue where audio engine wouldn't initialize after reconnection
- Optimized haptic feedback UDP instruction
