v1.8.1
Fixed
- When the BBC lists the same resolution from several suppliers, a grab
that is not an exact height match now gets the first HLS supplier in
the list, as an exact match already did, instead of the last. A 720p
grab of an episode that only lists 1080p streams, and every
quality-degraded retry, always landed on the last supplier. GitHub #55 /
PR #56, thanks to @amerorchis. - A download whose CDN supplier refuses the stream now tries another
supplier. When the supplier answers with an HTTP 4xx, refuses the
connection or its hostname does not resolve, the next attempt picks a
different supplier at the same quality, instead of retrying the same
one at a lower quality. The refusal still uses one of the three
attempts and is still reported asffmpeg_error. If every supplier has
refused, the next attempt goes back to the first one. The log names the
supplier, for examplesupplier mf_bidi refused (HTTP 403), next attempt will try another supplier. Every other ffmpeg or truncation
failure still steps the quality down as before. GitHub #55. - Streams of equal height and bitrate now keep the order the BBC lists
them in. The sort only kept it for 12 or fewer streams, so on a longer
list the first supplier listed was not guaranteed to come first.
GitHub #55. - The HLS master playlist's HTTP status is now checked. A master
playlist that answered with an error status, or could not be reached,
was handed to ffmpeg anyway, which then failed the same way; it now
counts as a supplier refusal straight away. The fetch also stops when
the download is cancelled. GitHub #55. - A download that failed and then completed on a retry no longer keeps
the failed attempt'sfailure_code,retryable: trueand
retry_afterin its history entry, so the API no longer reports a
finished download as waiting for a retry. Its retry count, CDN failure
count and supplier fields are kept as a record. GitHub #55. - The weekly base-image rebuild now sets its own
org.opencontainers.image.revision,createdandversionlabels.
The:latestimage carried the hotio base image's labels instead, so
its revision named a hotio commit rather than the iplayer-arr commit it
was built from, and its version was empty. GitHub #55.
