v3.05 — NOGEN2 walk fix (issue #5)

Fixes issue #5 (NOGEN2 build walked a pointless 37-entry table and rebooted some boards). On-screen banners: v3.05 FULL-NOGEN2 / v3.05 compute-only.

Fixed (issue #5): the FULL-NOGEN2 build walked the whole 37-entry rejoin16 mask table even though it configures no PCIe link. Those entries (XVE/XP3G/OPTB/LINK_CAP) only serve the Gen2 speed path, and each costs one FLR-separated mini-cycle (~15 s). On a cold boot with every mask locked that was ~10 minutes, and two boards rebooted mid-walk (Kaby Lake 36/37, Ryzen 24/37). v3.05 walks only the three FEAT-page PLMs the render path needs (0x823804 / 0x823800 / 0x823b04), so a cold unlock is ~1 minute. The full table is still built into unlock_v3f.efi (v3.02-full), the only build that does the Gen2 link config.

Notes: Secure Boot must be off; the unlock is volatile (re-apply after every cold boot). v3.04 has been removed (same walk bug — its images are gone); the older v3.0/v3.03 releases are superseded. See KNOWN-ISSUES.md.
