v3.04 — multi-card fix

Multi-card fix release. Built from the current source; on-screen banners: v3.04 FULL-NOGEN2 / v3.04 compute-only.

Fixed (issue #4): the fire path (render-mask table) did not advance the multi-card card index — after the first fire card the cycle froze, remaining cards stayed locked, and after a cold POST card 0 was skipped forever. The fire path now advances the index like the plain path, and a cold boot restarts the cycle at card 0.

Assets

• cmp90-unlock-v3.04.img — compute + render table (FULL-NOGEN2). Recommended default.
• cmp90-unlock-v3.04-compute.img — compute-only (fixed v3.01 equivalent; faster multi-card cycle, no render table). Use this for multi-GPU compute rigs.

Verify after flashing — image md5 and md5 of EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI inside it:

Notes: Secure Boot must be off; the unlock is volatile (re-apply after every cold boot); v3.02-full / v3.03 are superseded. See KNOWN-ISSUES.md.
