🔍 Schedule arm flag & raw diagnostics

• timed_start attribute now includes enabled (byte 0) and raw hex. Disabling a scheduled start in the MyHarvia app keeps the plan bytes (greyed out in the app) — the arm flag is what changes.
• Diagnostics export now contains status_bits, timed_start (raw + decoded) and the last raw device shadow (raw_payloads.last_state, credential-free) for inspecting undocumented fields.

No new entities, no translation changes.
