📊 HACS Download Counter

This release adds the infrastructure for HACS to display a download count.

What changed

• A new publish.yaml workflow zips custom_components/harvia_sauna into harvia_sauna.zip and attaches it as a release asset on every published release.
• hacs.json now sets zip_release: true and filename: harvia_sauna.zip.

For users: nothing to do. From this release on, HACS installs/updates from the ZIP asset; the on-disk result is identical to the previous repo-folder install, so existing installations update normally with no manual steps.

Note: the download counter starts at 0 here and is not retroactive to earlier releases. No functional code changes in this release.
