🧪 Beta: choose the panel's heating profile from Home Assistant (Fenix)

Fenix panels store four profiles (name, target temperature, humidity, duration) and the active one applies its target temperature — which is why a setpoint written from HA could look like it was overwritten (#9).
New: a Heating profile select listing the profiles under the names configured on your panel (e.g. Mild, Gemütlich, Intensiv). Choosing one activates it; choosing one at the panel is mirrored back into HA. The active profile's temperature, humidity, duration and steamer flag are available as attributes.
Nothing is removed or renamed. The select only appears on harvia.io (Fenix) setups, and the three climate presets keep working unchanged on both controller families — a test asserts this for both providers.
Known limits (measured): profile contents can only be edited at the panel — writes to the shadow are accepted by the cloud but never applied. Changes take 10–15 s; send one at a time.
