Bug 修复

• Gemini：清理工具 Schema 中上游不支持的字段
• Grok：使用官方 CLI User-Agent 发起上游请求
• OpenAI Responses Lite：保留 additional_tools 请求所需的 parallel_tool_calls 参数
• OpenAI Responses：批量清理同类型输入项中不受支持的 status 字段，避免长对话重试失败
