Version 2020.08.20
Updates curl and fixes an issue with brotli support not being added.
Both libxml2 and libxslt added CMake builds to their repositories. Migrated to using those over the home grown implementations.
Updated libpsl and the public suffix list it uses. The list is current as of 2020-08-17.
Additional updates for zlib, sqlite, and harfbuzz.
