Notable features:
- Multi background file caching. Now keeps caches of all previous backgrounds, rather than just the current one, so that the intensive colour-parsing algorithm no longer needs to run again when applying backgrounds previously parsed. This will be useful to users with slide-show backgrounds playing on loop. Thank you to @Hmast3rs for suggesting and developing this feature. Additionally, the colour palette, rather than the derived accent colours, is now cached per background, so that any changes to the accent colour distance weighting algorithm will be carried over to future versions without needing to clear the cache.
- Removed 'Cache' page of the preferences window, and replaced it with 'Debug'. The new file-based cache can be managed from here. Additionally, the 'Developer Tools' section has moved from the Settings page to the Debug page. This further helps differentiate options useful to the end-user from options only useful for extension development and debugging.
- Indicator no longer shows the 'wait' icon for a split second when applying an accent from a cached palette.
