Notable changes:
- Modified some of the internal accent colour values.
- Lowered the upper bound of the yellow and orange hue ranges. These accents seemed like they were sometimes encroaching on green's turf, setting the accent colour to yellow on a background where green would be more appropriate etc..
- Modified blue's RGB value to be more in line with that of GNOME's blue accent. Before, using a value of (0, 0, 255), it felt like the bar for 'how blue' a background should be to apply the accent was far too high, often resulting in slate (used for more grey-ish backgrounds) being applied instead. Now, blue's RGB value is slightly lighter and more realistic, so it should be prioritised more often than slate in vibrant blue backgrounds.
