修复 Windows MSIX 启动错误弹窗被误判为安装成功的问题，并恢复自动转用便携版的处理路径。
Fix Windows MSIX startup error dialogs being mistaken for a successful installation, allowing automatic portable recovery to run.

• 准确验证启动：安装完成和手动启动都会检查主窗口与启动错误弹窗；主窗口出现后须稳定三秒，避免把“进程还在”当成“应用可用”。
  Verify startup: Post-install checks and manual launches inspect the main window and startup error dialogs, requiring the main window to remain ready for three seconds.
• 恢复失败的 MSIX 安装：检测到启动失败后，使用同一份已校验的官方安装包部署便携版，验证启动后再清理失败的 MSIX。便携恢复失败会报告错误并执行原有回滚。
  Recover failed MSIX installs: Deploy the portable fallback from the same verified official package and check startup before removing the failed MSIX. Failed portable recovery reports the error and uses the existing rollback path.
• 补齐运行时诊断：复制诊断信息会包含随包组件可读性和必要的应用启动事件；清理失败的 MSIX 前会保留这些线索。新增信息不包含原始应用日志或环境变量值。
  Improve runtime diagnostics: Copied diagnostics include bundled component readability and selected startup events, with evidence retained before failed MSIX cleanup. These additions exclude raw application logs and environment variable values.
• 更新依赖：同步升级 Tauri 运行时、插件和 CLI，统一 React 及其类型版本，并调整 Dependabot 分组以减少不兼容的拆分升级。
  Update dependencies: Upgrade the Tauri runtime, plugins and CLI together, align React and its types, and group coupled Dependabot updates.

修复已有安装 / Repair an existing installation

升级 Manager 后，在“选择安装版本”中选择当前 Codex 版本，再执行“重新下载并修复”，让新版检查重新验证安装；也可选择便携安装方式重装同版。便携版使用开始菜单或 LaunchCodex.exe 独立启动，无须常驻 Manager。

After updating Manager, select your current Codex version and reinstall it using the repair action to run the new startup checks. You can also explicitly choose a portable reinstall. Portable installations launch independently through the Start menu or LaunchCodex.exe; Manager does not need to remain running.

已用 Codex 26.917.51856 的官方 x64 包验证独立便携启动和 app-server 初始化连接。此版本修复启动误判并提供可验证的恢复路径；报告者机器上 MSIX 内部运行时定位失败的具体原因仍需诊断确认。

The official x64 package for Codex 26.917.51856 passed an isolated portable startup test and completed app-server initialization. This release fixes the false success result and provides a tested recovery path; the reporter-specific MSIX runtime resolution failure still requires diagnostic confirmation.

Windows 安装器和 Manager 自有便携启动器当前无 Authenticode 签名；Tauri 更新签名不等于 Windows 发行者身份。官方 Codex 文件保持原样。详见代码签名政策。

The Windows installers and Manager's portable launcher are not Authenticode-signed. Tauri updater signatures do not establish Windows publisher identity. Official Codex files remain unchanged. See the code signing policy.
