Full list of fixes:
- Fixed spell icons not being draggable and spellbook not working well in general.
- Save Account option on Login screen now works properly.
- Server Configuration List is now scrollable.
- Added button to open server configuration documentation to the Server Configuration Edit screen.
- Scale percentage in the top-right menu is now saved and remembered between app launches.
- Players no longer have to move their character to refresh the game view after changing Scale percentage.
- Scaled up the Login arrow on the Login screen to make it easier to tap on mobile.
- Decreased texture memory usage by getting rid of duplicate data being kept around for pixel checks.
- Added Patreon and Discord buttons to the top of the screen in Server Configuration List and Edit screens.
- Removed Scissor option from top-right menu as it does not seem to be used by anyone. It was only there for debugging purposes.
- Updated ClassicUO to the latest changes on the dev branch.
