Apple MPVKit-DVFEL / FFmpeg9.0.2 component candidate
This is a dependency-only prerelease for build tooling. It is not an application release, does not change the app update feed, and does not replace the current Latest application release.
The included native binaries were built from VortX source commit 5b36cea26f1c204681e47438ce89c8c4693887c8, GitHub Actions run39569330051 attempt1, successful Apple job119119285598, original artifact12333961054. The original Apple candidate used MPVKit2103893078c5e339073b11737b86f7f22b9c4491, mpv8c67647b50059406c5c0444903597281b81516cf, libplacebo4c426e466814536def653cb23f1d1c287ea7a7f5 and FFmpeg946fcce07b6dcd0331c8cc609192aeff5e1924f8 (9.0.2). Existing DV/FEL, CoreAudio lifecycle and HTTP-seek custom changes are retained.
The later packaging/tooling source is b52e367e549f4a7551835fd9f6ec0cbb520ecdff: this repackaged the original bytes and reconstructed source correspondence; it did not rebuild the native binaries. The vendor tag identifies the ORIGINAL binary producer5b36, not that later tooling commit.
The player ZIP has Package.swift at its root and contains the nine rebuilt local GPL targets used by MPVKit-GPL: Libmpv-GPL; Libavcodec/device/filter/format/util-GPL; Libswresample/scale-GPL; and Libplacebo. The source archive includes full four-component sources, six pinned libplacebo submodules, original build/assembly recipes and patches, the full MoltenVK context, source archives, license files and retained provenance. The original CI ZIP is also attached unchanged.

Retained artifact inspection covers original DV/FEL symbols, FFmpeg9.0.2 headers and Apple SecureTransport selection across the recorded Apple slices. This prerelease is not physical playback, negative TLS, OS distrust-list freshness, signing, app compatibility, or release acceptance. Original promotionEligible/runtimeSecurityTested and new appCompatibilityAccepted remain false.
Twenty-nine remote binary declarations remain separately checksum-pinned and unrebuilt, including companion dependencies and the alternate non-GPL product. This is not an all-component upgrade or proof of their complete source/license closure. The correspondence package and license index do not claim an offline/bit-identical native rebuild or blanket distribution/legal approval.
