Content gate PASS: FFmpeg9 libavcodec/libavformat major63 and defined dovi_split capability.
TLS gate PASS: 5 Apple slices / 9 Libavformat architectures use SecureTransport, not GnuTLS.
Native framework archives are not separately code-signed. ZIP digest/content proof binds these build inputs;
shipping app/package signature and deployment gates remain separate and mandatory.
This is dependency packaging proof, not app compatibility, visual/device playback or release acceptance.
