Profile picker fix, library self-repair, and an important fix for OFFICIAL Stremio apps.

Fixed

Official Stremio apps showing "Serialization error: state.watched" and failing to sync. The 0.2.7 profile sync stored its data inside invisible library documents, and official apps' library sync chokes on that field. This build automatically scrubs those documents from your account on first launch; give the official app a minute to resync afterward and it heals. StremioX never writes that data again. The same corruption could leave StremioX's own Library and Continue Watching empty, so this fixes that too.
Profiles were unselectable with the Siri remote. The Who's watching screen was drawn as an overlay above the app shell, and on real hardware the tvOS focus engine refuses to focus an overlay while a tab bar exists underneath. The picker is now the root of the app while open, so focus always lands on it. The PIN entry had the same flaw, fixed the same way.
Stale engine session self-heal. If the engine holds a session but no account data arrives after launch, it re-authenticates with the stored token and pulls everything fresh.

Profiles are per-device for now. Stremio's API refuses third-party collections ("Sync disabled"), and the one transport that technically worked is the one that corrupted official apps, so it is gone for good. Each device keeps its own profiles and per-profile watch history; history recorded by the old sync is salvaged into the device automatically. Cross-device profile sync returns when StremioX has its own sync channel (on the roadmap).

Sideload StremioX-tvOS-0.2.9.ipa onto Apple TV. Full instructions are in the README. If you installed an earlier 0.2.9 build, install this over it.
