Hotfixes from device testing of 0.2.4, all around playback flow.

Fixed

Back returns where you came from. Leaving the player now lands on the exact episode list, series page, or movie page playback started from. It no longer dumps you back at Home.
Auto next episode plays the best link. Episode switches and auto-advance no longer grab whichever source answered first. The app waits for your add-ons to settle, ranks everything, and plays the strongest source.
Next episode preloads in advance. At the halfway point of an episode the next one is fetched and ranked in the background, so when auto-play kicks in there is zero waiting and the link is already the best available.
Real Debrid demoted. RD sources now rank below every other option and only play when nothing else exists, since the service purged its cache and aggressively throttles.
Watch button waits for the best. The Watch button stays greyed with a live add-on counter until your sources have finished answering (with a 12 second cap so a hung add-on cannot block it). One press always plays the best of everything, not the best of whatever loaded first.
