Profile PINs got real privacy.

New

Secure PIN entry. PIN fields are masked with a numeric pad everywhere, and the profile editor no longer shows existing PINs, which used to be readable by anyone who opened a profile's settings. Contributed by @OrigamiSpace in #15, with the theme pickers refactored into shared components along the way.
PINs are now stored as salted hashes. Building on the same idea: a PIN can no longer be recovered from the device at all, only changed, and a changed PIN is something you notice. Existing profiles migrate automatically; in the editor, leaving the field empty keeps the current PIN and removal is an explicit button.

Everything from 0.2.23 (the update notice, faster verified builds) is included. Eleven merged contributions from @OrigamiSpace.

Sideload StremioX-tvOS-0.2.24.ipa onto Apple TV. A verified -ci build attaches with its checksum.
