Faster verified builds, and the app now tells you when an update exists.

Update notice in Settings. Sideloaded apps have no update channel, so StremioX now checks the latest GitHub release once per launch and shows an Update Available notice under Settings > About when a newer version exists. If you are reading this from the app: hello, it works.
Verified CI builds got much faster. The Rust engine build is now cached between runs, keyed on everything that determines its output, so release verification drops from ~12 minutes to ~5 when the engine is unchanged. Contributed by @OrigamiSpace in #14, contribution number ten.

Everything from 0.2.22 (live search, resume progress, the season menu) is included.

Sideload StremioX-tvOS-0.2.23.ipa onto Apple TV. A verified -ci build attaches with its checksum.
