HDR and Dolby Vision output works. Verified on a real Apple TV 4K.

Fixed

HDR and Dolby Vision now actually switch the display. 0.2.14 shipped the right mechanism with one fatal flaw: the framework providing the display switching API was silently dropped by the linker, so the switch never ran (and could crash trying). With that fixed and the criteria built the way the proven tvOS players do it, playing HDR or DV content now renegotiates the HDMI link into the content's mode at its native frame rate, your TV shows its HDR or Dolby Vision badge, and the display returns to normal when playback ends. Verified end to end on hardware: the device log shows tvOS's own mode switch notifications firing 22ms after our request. Requires Settings > Video and Audio > Match Content > Match Dynamic Range ON. Closes #1.
Pressing Back during playback no longer sometimes throws you out to the Apple TV home screen. The player swallowed the press but leaked its release to the system.
Chip buttons no longer get visually cut off when focused, and the accent colour picker clearly distinguishes focus from selection. Contributed by @OrigamiSpace in #5.

On-device diagnostics. The app keeps a small capped log of the HDR chain and player lifecycle that made this fix possible to find, and will make future device-only reports diagnosable remotely.

Versions 0.2.15 and 0.2.16 were test builds during the hardware debugging session and were never released.
