The focused profile is unmistakable. A thick warm white ring, a brighter fill, an accent glow, and the name lights up; the profile you are currently using carries a check badge so you always know which one is active and which one is highlighted.
Any avatar you want. Type any emoji or a letter in the profile editor (with a live preview), or pick from the sixteen presets.

The streaming server badge showing Offline forever. The old check polled for 24 seconds once per launch and then gave up; if the embedded server booted slower than that on a real Apple TV (recent launches got heavier), Settings showed Offline until you relaunched, even though the server was actually fine. The badge is now a live monitor: it keeps checking every few seconds while offline and stays fresh once up. Launch housekeeping is also deferred so the server and engine get the first seconds to themselves.
