Skip intro and outro
- The player now shows a Skip Intro / Skip Recap / Skip Credits pill the moment you enter a known segment. One press of Select jumps straight past it.
- Timestamps come from a layered system: crowd-sourced data from TheIntroDB (looked up by IMDB, TMDB, or TVDB id, so it works with every catalog add-on) merged with the file's own named chapters. Sanity guards mean a bad span can never throw you into the middle of an episode.
- Results cache on device. An episode costs one lookup, and replays are instant.
- This is the first two layers of a bigger detection system. On-device detection for titles the database does not know yet is on the roadmap.
A more cinematic app
- Movie pages and episode stream pages are now full-bleed: the artwork fills the entire screen and the details (title, rating, runtime, air date, genres, synopsis) sit over it. The dead black area below the Watch buttons is gone.
- Episode pages gained richer details: air date, runtime, rating, and genres alongside the synopsis.
- The focused tab in the top bar now takes your accent color instead of system white.
- The in-player Sources button is reachable with the remote and has a clearer switch icon.
- Watched ticks and other accent details repaint live when you change themes.
