• Fixed an issue with detecting duplicate streams for easynews addons.
• Improved the filename normalisation process to detect more duplicates when using filenames
• Fixed an issue where adding addons/services to the Proxy Addons/Services fields in the MediaFlow configuration and then removing them would cause it to not proxy any streams
