Venture 0.1.4.3
Fixed
- Games no longer look cross-eyed over Quest Link, and VrApi games get the same eye views as on a Quest 3 (thanks to Saikava).
- OpenGL ES games such as Job Simulator and Beat Saber could crash on Quest Link when a swapchain was destroyed.
- Uninstalling a game failed with "Cannot uninstall a linked installation directory" when the games folder had been moved to another drive with a link.
- A game whose install is missing a required expansion (OBB) file now names that file before it starts.
- Games whose Meta platform start-up fails now ask you to sign in instead of just stopping.
- The Climb crashed in the NVIDIA driver at start.
- Espire 2, UG, Alcove, World Of Mechs, Cities: VR, Bad Inmate, ForeVR Darts and Les Mills Bodycombat stopped at start.
- The Beat Saber demo and other older 32-bit Unity games stopped at start, and Ghost Giant froze at start.
- Walkabout Mini Golf: an imported game survives library refreshes and resumed downloads (thanks to Saikava).
- The Climb 2: character skin no longer twitches (thanks to Saikava).
- A running game always offers Quit game, even when its install is incomplete (thanks to Saikava).
- Linux: Meta's sign-in page collapsed to a narrow column on KDE Plasma.
- Roblox gets further at start. It still does not run.
If a game crashes or freezes on this version, please send a new debug report: after a crash, use Report issue on the game's page; after a freeze, use Settings > Upload debug report.
Everything from 0.1.4.2 is included.
