• FEATURE: vmestimator: add -cardinalityMetrics.minCardinality flag to suppress group-by cardinality estimates below the given threshold. When estimates are filtered, the number of suppressed groups is exposed via the vmestimator_cardinality_estimates_dropped metric. See #41.
