FEATURE: expose every log field as its own column in annotation query results, so annotation field mappings can use a single field for Title or Tags, and a field with an epoch-milliseconds timestamp for Time end to draw range annotations. See #568. Thanks to @Danielv123 for contributing.

BUGFIX: remove the Manage alert rules in Alerting UI switch from the data source settings. Grafana reads its jsonData.manageAlerts flag only for the data source-managed rules of Loki and Prometheus, so for VictoriaLogs the switch had no effect: Grafana-managed alert rules could still be created with it turned off. Restricting who can create alert rules is done with Grafana RBAC. See #727.

BUGFIX: stop failing every alert rule evaluation when an Instant stats query matches no logs and VictoriaLogs returns an empty value (for example stats max(ts)). The alerting path now reports the empty value as a null sample, the same as dashboards do. See #747. Thanks to @sarankumar1325 for contributing.

BUGFIX: show the Logs sample in Explore for Range and Instant stats queries. The sample was never requested, and its query kept the stats pipe, so it returned the aggregated rows instead of the log lines behind the chart. The sample now runs the query without its aggregation pipes (stats, top, uniq, facets...). See #735. Thanks to @paullacoutiere-oss for contributing.
