Update note: This release contains changes to validation webhooks and it requires operator version v0.59.2 or above

• updates operator to v0.59.2 version
• propagate .Values.global.image.registry to operator container VM_CONTAINERREGISTRY env variable. This will allow to use .Values.global.image.registry in k8s-stack chart. Related issue #2226.
