• bump operator dependency chart to version 0.68.2
• apply global.extraAnnotations to every chart-managed resource (CRs, RBAC, Ingress, HTTPRoute, generated VMServiceScrape/Service/VMRule, the sync-job's Job/ConfigMap/RBAC, and alertmanager/vmalert template ConfigMaps/Secrets), matching how global.extraLabels already propagates everywhere. Previously, most of these resources never merged global.extraAnnotations in at all, even though the chart declared the value. Resources owned by bundled subcharts (grafana, kube-state-metrics, prometheus-node-exporter) are not covered, since this chart does not control their templates, nor are user-supplied .Values.extraObjects, which are rendered verbatim.
