• bump version of VM components to v1.155.0
• strip the @sha256:... digest from vlsingle.spec.image.tag, vlagent.spec.image.tag and vtsingle.spec.image.tag before using it as the app.kubernetes.io/version label, since the API server rejects label values containing @ or longer than 63 characters. See #3303.
• kubelet.vmScrapes.resources.enabled now defaults to false. /metrics/resource exposes the same metric names and labels as /metrics/cadvisor (e.g. container_cpu_usage_seconds_total, container_memory_working_set_bytes), so scraping both by default created duplicate series; the bundled rules and dashboards only depend on /metrics/cadvisor. Set kubelet.vmScrapes.resources.enabled: true to restore the previous behavior. See #2315.
