• fixed vm.plain.fullname with useLegacyNaming: false silently ignoring a chart-wide or global.fullnameOverride: a call without appKey now uses the override as-is, and a call with appKey (no matching component-scoped override) now uses it as the base, prefixed by the operator kind — matching the behavior already used for legacy naming.
