• bump version of VM components to v1.154.0
• bump victoria-metrics-common dependency to 0.4.*. Resource names are unchanged.
• fix persistentVolume.volumeAttributesClassName being ignored because of a typo in the template.
• fix persistentVolume.name in statefulSet mode: the container mounted the default volume name instead of the overridden claim template name, which produced an invalid pod spec.
• rename config volumes to match the VictoriaMetrics operator: scrape-config to config-out and rw-config to relabelings-assets. Pods are restarted once on upgrade.
• don't render an empty <fullname>-rw ConfigMap and its relabelings-assets volume when no remote write relabeling or other per-URL config is set. Pods are restarted once on upgrade.
