• bump vlagent version to v1.53.0.
• added network policy configuration support. See #2977
• add dnsConfig option to set a custom DNS config for the pod. See #3174
• fixed VPA scaling target ref kind
• bump victoria-metrics-common dependency to 0.4.*. Default resource names are unchanged; with useLegacyNaming: false all resources are now named vlagent-<release> (previously the setting had no effect on this chart).
• fix image.pullPolicy being ignored: the container imagePullPolicy was hardcoded to IfNotPresent.
• fix persistentVolume.volumeAttributesClassName being ignored because of a typo in the template.
• fix pod label selector in the chart notes, so the suggested kubectl get po command matches the agent pods.
• fix global.imagePullSecrets being ignored, and add chart-level imagePullSecrets.
• fix Service Monitor endpoint port when extraArgs.httpListenAddr is set: it now matches the generated Service port name http.
