Compatibility & Fixes

• Fixed the ClassiCube server list screen crashing the game.
• Fixed overworld and end background ambient tracks being swapped in versions 1.21.9 and earlier.
• Fixed conversion of potions with empty custom effects in versions 1.20.3 and earlier.
• Produce inlined string in 1.8 and earlier sign updates to appease possible anticheat issues
• Added an option to toggle the clientside place sound fix in versions 1.8 and earlier.
• Fixed the /viafabricplus listextensions command (for c0.30 CPE servers) not working.
• Properly handled potential crashes when changing settings that require a restart.
• Updated Ukrainian translations.
