Release v0.6.1 — Image, scrolling, and navigation fixes

Bug fixes

• Keep images that sit inside a list item when you switch to code view. They were disappearing and getting wiped from the file when you saved. (#115)
• Stay where you are in a document when it changes on disk and reloads, instead of jumping back to the top. Useful while an AI agent edits the file as you read. (#113)

UI/UX

• Clicking a heading in the Table of Contents now brings it to the top of the view with its section below, instead of pushing it down to the bottom. (#114)
