Automatic updates for Tor and GRU have been implemented on Windows. Tor will now check and politely ask if you want to update when a new version is released. It was possible to make this COMPLETELY automatic, but Tor is polite enough to ask permission (this is due to the specifics of the checking mechanism, designed to ensure that the program isn't completely dead if the update link stops working); so essentially, this is a notification system for new versions. The same thing is likely no more difficult to implement on Linux, and if 2.0.7 is released, this system will be included.
Upd. was rereleased within 15 minutes to change AntiTor.exe description.
Реализованы автоматические обновления на Windows для Тора и GRU. Теперь при запуске Тор будет проверять и вежливо спрашивать, не хотите ли вы обновиться, если выпущена новая версия. Можно было сделать её СОВСЕМ автоматической, но Тор достаточно вежлив, чтобы спросить разрешение (это связано с механизмом проверки, чтобы программа не полностью сдохла, если откинется ссылка обновления); так что по сути это система уведомлений о новых версиях. На Линукс то же самое сделать скорее всего не сложнее, и если будет выпущена 2.0.7, там эта система будет.
Upd. было перерелизнуто в течение 15 минут чтобы поменять описание AntiTor.exe.
