1. Added the x64 designation to the win7 version to avoid confusion #31.
2. Changed the proxy list format dartraiden/no-russia-hosts#29.
3. Generally more sites to the list.
4. Added exceptions for VK and Ozon to full proxy mode (to avoid losing access to them). Whitelist optimization for those sharing internet from a phone. The list can be expanded, blurring the line between AUTO and VIRTUAL modes.
5. Removed Omega configs from Github so I don't have to update them twice. Configs are unnecessary here.

1. Добавлено обозначение x64 к версии win7, чтобы избегать путаницы #31.
2. Смена формата списка проксирования dartraiden/no-russia-hosts#29.
3. В целом в список добавлено больше сайтов.
4. Добавлены исключения для VK и Ozon в режим полного проксирования (чтобы не терять доступ к ним). Белосписочная оптимизация для раздающих интернет с телефона. Список может пополняться, стирая границу между режимами AUTO и VIRTUAL.
5. Из Github удалены конфиги Омеги, чтобы мне не приходилось обновлять их дважды. Здесь конфиги ненужны.
