AM2R Multitroid 1.9.1

This release should mitigate the increased rate of crashes that came with 1.9.0, back to 1.8.1 levels. Crashes will likely still happen, especially on low-VRAM systems and integrated graphics users, but they should be significantly less common, and you should be able to get at least one match-worth of pausing in.
This update also did a bit of back-end cleanup, with the most noticeable change from this being that multiple players can use the same color now.

Updates since 1.9.0 Changes:
  • Reworked health and ammo syncing to work better in cases with mismatched maximum quantities
  • Un-tethered player ID from color
  • Raised the server player cap to 255 (it will still default to 16)
  • Re-allowed newlines in usernames, but they don't work in the server interface
  • Removed the lobby lock button when in co-op mode, as it served negative purpose

Fixes:

  • Fixed the shortcut in the drop to A4 not being accessible
  • Fixed various small mapping errors
  • Fixed bugs with the GFS elevator that could cause you to get stuck
  • Fixed out-of-bounds due to a ceiling being too high
  • Fixed drawing the map twice, causing frequent crashes on lower-end hardware
  • Fixed a crash related to being forced to pause before global.ssmode was initialized

Note: A Linux server executable is included. Servers built this way have been said to work, but support is not guaranteed.
I'd like to offer a special thanks to BigBradley for helping test and log crashes, and to the_off_fan for providing the error message that allowed me to solve it.
