Release with a few critical fixes.

Changes:

• Sync to latest llama.cpp
• Filenames should now appear on model info properly. External models need to be reimported for this to display properly.

Fixes:

• Removed tfs_z due to a crash and deprecation by llama.cpp
• Fixed scenario toggle controlling addition of personality field
• Fixed Add Character button missing on app startup.
