• Improved material design on older versions of Android.
• Bugfixes (crash when opening Now tab; midnight offset now only applies to US shows).
• Display TMDb rating vote count for movies.
• Note: SG pushes the release time by a day if a show releases between 12AM and 1AM now only or US
  shows. E.g. US late-night shows are typically listed in TheTVDB like "airing Monday night, 12:30AM",
  which is actually Tuesday when looking at the date. This is not common for e.g. Japanese anime,
  hence this is now limited to US shows.
