Bug Fixes

• Windows: memory is reported again when pm2 runs as a service (pidusage 4.1.0, wmic is used again when available) #6173
• Linux: overlapping monitoring calls no longer leak a /proc/<pid>/stat fd per new pid in the daemon (grew with every restart)
• pm2.connect() right after pm2.disconnect() no longer crashes with Cannot read properties of null (reading 'sock') #6002
