Changes made to keep in sync with Game Manager.

Two changes, one feature & one breaking change.

Breaking Change:

Sections have been renamed to Platforms in the config. This aligns it with the RomM settings and is frankly a better name.

YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR CONFIG

sections -> platforms

section_name -> platform_name (Make sure to update all instances).

New Feature

Megathread users now enjoy caching.

The games list is cached on first open to speed up load times.

You can clear the cache by pressing X on the Platform Selection Screen.
