Fixes for tap bar in the themes and unwanted background color behavior
⚠️ To apply the theme changes follow these steps.
- after restarting HA go to dev-tools/services
- Run service
frontend.reload_themes - Hard reset cache on all devices/browsers/apps you use to display the dashboards
