Qwen3 ASR (Local) 1.0.0 — V2 preview

Run Qwen3-ASR 0.6B INT8 offline on the CPU through the portable Windows host. Download the model once (879 MB), then choose Use model. No API key, Python installation or local server is needed.

• Windows x64 and ARM64 runtimes; host 1.1.2 or later.
• 30 supported languages, including German and English.
• Verified downloads, cancellation, model removal and selection persistence across restarts.
• Bounded processing for longer recordings, with native inference drained safely on cancellation.

Validated with 15 local tests including real German/English inference, package restart tests and a development-app restart. Real execution was tested on x64 only. The physical microphone-to-Notepad route completed, but the exact-transcript test found one recognition error (transgression instead of transcription); see the PR evidence. These smoke checks are not an accuracy benchmark.

Translation, live preview and streaming are not supported by this plugin version.
