Cloudflare Workers AI recorded-audio transcription for the portable Windows host (1.1.2 or later).
Configure a Cloudflare API token and account ID, then select Whisper for dictation. This package uses the separate V2 installation and credential store. This model uses automatic language detection; fixed-language requests, translation and live transcription are not supported.
All 43 automated provider and package lifecycle tests passed. Authenticated service transcription has not been tested because no Cloudflare account was available; publication without that live test was explicitly approved. Windows x64 is the validated package target.
Cloudflare branding is included in the host change. The shared Save settings UI and provider-selection icons are supplied separately by host PRs #479 and #482.

WAV uploads are limited to a conservative 100 MB, including headers. Oversized recordings are rejected before encoding or HTTP upload.
