Pass dictionary terms to Whisper as its initial prompt, so names and technical terms are recognized more reliably (#617). Whole terms are kept in dictionary order within the part of the prompt Whisper reads. When there is no speech, a transcript that only repeats terms is decoded again without the prompt.
Model downloads check the free disk space first (#553).
