Source commit: 261e9a9
Dictionary boosting now works on machines without the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 redistributable (#664). The bundled Parakeet CTC dependency (0.1.2) carries the Visual C++ runtime files its ONNX Runtime needs, so setup no longer reports "Dictionary boosting unavailable" on a clean Windows installation.
Changes
- Parakeet CTC vocabulary 0.1.2: msvcp140.dll, msvcp140_1.dll, vcruntime140.dll and vcruntime140_1.dll ship next to onnxruntime.dll.
- The dependency folder includes its third-party notices.
Transcription itself was not affected; the sherpa-onnx engine already shipped a self-contained ONNX Runtime.
