Updates the Claude model list in the existing Windows plugin after the retirement of Claude Sonnet 4.

• Use Claude Sonnet 5 as the default model.
• Add Claude Sonnet 4.6 and keep Claude Haiku 4.5 available.
• Remove the retired claude-sonnet-4-20250514 model from the selection.

Existing workflows that explicitly selected the retired model need to be updated by selecting an available model again.

Requires TypeWhisper Windows 1.0.9 or later. Install or update Claude through the plugin catalog.

Includes #467. PR checks and the plugin release build passed. No additional live Anthropic API test was performed for this release.
